Most couple photos happen in front of a neutral backdrop or a random park. This is something different.
The HomeGrown Romance Series is about capturing your story in places that actually mean something to you. A bowling alley where you had your first date. A library where you used to meet. A local spot that's become part of your relationship.
I partner directly with local Timmins businesses and community spaces, getting the permissions and planning each session with intention. The result is an intimate, editorial-style session that feels like your town, your story, your love.

This is where the series began. A retro, neon-lit space that brought out something playful, joyful, and completely genuine. It reminded me that the best locations aren't always the obvious ones.
I partnered directly with the bowling alley to create something that felt different. A session that couldn't exist anywhere else in Northern Ontario.

Tall windows, warm light, and that quiet, comforting energy you feel the moment you walk in. This session brought a slower, more intimate side to the series.
There's something special about being surrounded by stories while capturing one of your own. A space that belongs to the whole community, yet somehow still feels personal.
